About Palestine

Palestine is located on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea; in fact, it lies in the heart of the Middle East. Palestine is characterized by its moderate climate, a rich cultural environment and an important destination for all religions. Politically, Palestine is currently a state under Israeli occupation, although the Palestinians have succeeded in establishing an autonomous authority over all of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. This was achieved through peace treaties signed between the Palestinians and the Israelis. In 2015 the United Nations has recognized Palestine as a member state, the thing that has strengthened its position among the nations and peoples around the world. During the past few years, the Palestinian economy has developed and has gained considerable experience.
