Lead the formulation and implementation of strategic frameworks, activities, and deliverables associated with marketing efforts.
Direct data analytics and research activities designed to generate actionable insights for our business.
Develop the short- and long-term marketing strategy for various business lines and educate & align our internal teams on innovative approaches to strategic planning.
Is responsible for the Marketing strategy development and implementation. Position works internally with executives across multiple functions while also spending significant time working externally across the broader market and with our customers. This person will help the marketing team become best-in-class and lead the development and execution of strategies that deliver growth

Gain a broad understanding of the business beyond marketing and be a leader in supporting company’s cornerstone objectives which range from growth to operations to culture
Work with business leaders to effectively manage product portfolios (from new product launch to strategic pricing of the entire portfolio) and create greater value for company and customers
Lead the marketing team as company prepares for customer engagements, partnering with market research and marketing communications colleagues
Manage the process to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer, including monthly/quarterly reporting and planning forums
Coach others to think more strategically and serve as a mentor for colleagues who wish to move into a strategic marketing role in the future
Lead all efforts towards conceptualization and development of new strategic initiatives by identifying business opportunities through environment scanning and better response to dynamic business needs
Participate in the business planning process and assist leadership with framing strategy and objective
Supervise analysis and preparation of business plans (which includes plans for entry into new sectors/ business segments/ products, devising pricing plans, manpower planning, operational plans for executing such initiatives etc.) for successful launch of such strategic initiatives
Communicate and present business rationale and strategic plan roll out for such initiatives to Senior Management to help them decide and establish such initiatives at a company-wide level
Guide Senior Management towards any immediate need to change business strategy/ plan based on the analysis of changing business needs and (or) regulatory changes
Develop management materials for analysis
Partner with key constituencies (Finance, Marketing, HR, etc) in the measurement and analysis of business performance and effectiveness including achievement against financial goals, client satisfaction benchmarks and resource allocation standards.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
Project Management certification is an advantage
