About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The department is tasked with the management of all customer bill generation, the management of collections whilst maintaining agreed levels of customer satisfaction and limiting the company’s exposure to risk. It supports the division by achieving the balance between debt recovery and company image by planning, motivation and control.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Credit & Collections department to achieve best service and customer satisfaction through Ooredoo staff and 3rd party suppliers through managing Ooredoo's activities related to Credit Control, Debt Management, Roaming Process Management and Customer data Quality Control and ensuring highest levels of efficiency in debt collections while balancing the relationship with all of Ooredoo's customers.

About You:

You should have at least 12 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in the Telecommunications industry, with specific experience in billing, collections and customer management Sound understanding of Billing Systems and Credit Control methodologies Experienced in all aspects of Revenue Assurance and Credit Risk Management

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Entry Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering Preferred Certifications / Other Qualifications Advanced Masters / MBA preferred
