The Role:
  • Responsible for overseeing business growth and coordinating with company leadership to maintain & develop beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
  • Actively develops and maintain a team of high-performing solution design Engineers and continually seek innovative methods for improving team performance.
  • Helps meet organization revenue goals by driving innovative technical solutions and leading day to day account-level activities.
  • Accountable for executing on sales goals by driving Ooredoo and FASTtelco product portfolio
  • Directly manages a team of solution design engineers as part of Inside Sales Systems Engineering. 
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with key targeted partners.
  • Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
  • Assess New Partnership Opportunities
  • Contacting security, SaaS , networking services vendor and develop a customized solutions that meets the customer requirements.
  • Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption
  • collaborating with other departments to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
  • Preparing cost estimates for licensing/products and subscriptions.
  • Services Pricing and building cost sheets to justify the cost and overall profit.
  • Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads
  • Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events
  • Identifying new markets to encourage business growth
  • Help technical team in the implementation phase by explaining the exact scope of work that meets customer needs.
  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • sales training and coachingConducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads
  • Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by developing business insights, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
  • BE in Electronics and tele\Communication and\or Computer Science.
  • Master degree is a plus

  • Experience in delivering multiple complex technical projects, within an Agile environment
  • Ability to build a culture of team building and people management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsRelative Professional degree from reputable organization in the field.
  • Relative Expert degree from reputable organization is a plus.
  • 5+ year of hands-on technical experience.
