The Role:

Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of digital products, including websites, applications, and other digital platforms. The role involves rigorous testing to identify defects, ensure compliance with requirements, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT criteria and test scenarios.

  • Execute UAT processes, ensuring that digital products meet business requirements.

  • Apply functional and non-functional testing.

  • Building testing scenarios, apply the testing.

  • Identify and document defects or issues during UAT, and work with development teams to resolve them.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving user experience based on UAT results.

  • Guide the cross functional team on the project with the latest trends on Designs and visual user experience.

  • Welcome and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve experience.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to analyze the performance of the applications and report it to the developer team to apply the enhancement.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital products and services workflow.

  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and performance.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, using appropriate tools.

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

  • Review and inspect product deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Validate that the product meets specified requirements before release.

  • Conduct post-release testing and analysis to ensure that products function as intended in a live environment.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to testing processes, results, and quality standards.

  • Provide input for process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

  • Monitor, updates and ensure applying the testing rules, processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Other Information:
  • Required 3-4 years of experience in a similar environment (Telecom Industry)

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in UAT, QA, and QC testing in the digital field.

  • Experience with digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques.

  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

  • Experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Digital Platforms and systems

  • Certification in QA/QC or related field (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

  • Demonstrated knowledge in the following required:

  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and their user interfaces.

  • Interpersonal/collaboration skills.

  • Communication skills (including ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication; understand and follow written and oral instructions)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly.
