The Role:

Responsible for providing first-level support for the software issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for users. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically proficient, and skilled at problem-solving.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Assist in tracking digital projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing updates to executives on progress.

  • Create and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital strategies.

  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights to executives.

  • Define project/CR scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.

  • Collect, Analyze, and Write business requirements.

  • Develop and document system designs and workflows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives.

  • Collect technical and non-technical inputs(requirements) from the stakeholders and arrange them on one scope that will be shared with developer to start the implementation.

  • Manage and monitor the whole communication with the 3rd parties and stake holders related to the Project/CR scope to facilitate the delivery of the scope and meet the project/CR objective

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT criteria and test scenarios.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital products and services workflow.

  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.

  • Execute UAT processes, ensuring that digital products meet business requirements.

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

  • Identify and document defects or issues during UAT, and work with development teams to resolve them.

  • Respond to technical support/customer care inquiries about system issue or the challenges they receive from end-users.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Document support requests and maintain records of solutions provided.

  • Document the sprints/release Scopes.

  • Provide support and training for system users and stakeholders.

  • Manage Project CRs in Jira or Other Systems.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving user experience based on UAT results.

  • Welcome and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve experience.

  • Manage the Content display and distribution Quality on the system.

  • Review and inspect product deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Validate that the product meets specified requirements before release.

  • Conduct post-release testing and analysis to ensure that products function as intended in a live environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Other Information:
  • Required 3-4+ years of experience in a similar environment (Telecom Industry or handling technology Projects)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAT, QA, and QC testing in the digital field.

  • Experience with digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in technical support or IT support roles.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with programming languages and software development methodologies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Digital Platforms and Systems.

  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and their user interfaces.
