The Role:

To plan and execute strategic events that foster innovative collaborations and partnerships with external parties. The role ensures seamless coordination and logistics, supporting high-impact strategic deals. It aims to deliver events and collaborations with a positive impact, focusing on monetization and long-term business growth.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure all logistical aspects are well-coordinated.

  • Identify event goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and partnership goals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure venues, equipment, and services needed for events.

  • Oversee the execution of events, ensuring all elements, from setup to teardown, are managed efficiently.

  • Manage on-site activities and ensure smooth flow during events, addressing any challenges that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with event regulations, including health, safety, and legal requirements.

  • Provide post-event debriefings, highlighting successes and areas for improvement for future events.

  • Identify and engage with potential external partners for event collaborations, fostering long-term strategic relationships.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and event goals.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of co-branded or collaborative events.

  • Manage expectations and deliverables of partners to ensure mutual benefits and successful event outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for innovative collaborations that can drive business growth and enhance the company’s market presence.

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring continuous improvement and stronger future collaborations.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals while negotiating with vendors for optimal pricing and services.

  • Efficiently allocate resources, including staff and materials, to maximize event impact and provide financial reports post-event to assess ROI and inform future planning.

  • Identify and create opportunities for monetizing events through sponsorships, partnerships, and innovative collaborations that drive revenue and support business growth.

  • Implement strategies to enhance the financial impact of events, ensuring they contribute to long-term growth, brand visibility, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in either Business, Marketing, PR or a related field.

Other Information:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of total experience in a relative field.

  • At least 3 years of PR & Event management.

  • 1+ year supervisory and coaching experience required but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in budgeting and resources allocation

  • Innovative and creative thinker.

  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication English.  Arabic is a must.

  • Strong project management Skills.

  • Sales skill preferable.

  • Presentation skills.
