The Purpose:
Utilize profession expertise in repairing phone mobiles, ensuring optimum performance that lead to customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities:
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including routers, smartphones, laptops, POS devices, and other related equipment.

  • Perform hardware (L1, L2 & L3) repairs and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of devices to determine the root cause of problems and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.

  • Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

  • Perform Visual Mechanical Inspection, Replacement & System Transactions.

  • Create job orders with all required details and confirm the warranty coverage.

  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment and components.

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations of repair processes and timelines.

  • Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of repairs and delivery of services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

  • Meet the target set by Division Manager.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

  • Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electronics & Electric Circuit or a similar discipline from a recognized institution; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a service center technician or in a similar role, with expertise in repairing electronic devices.

  • MS Office

  • Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures.

  • Intensive knowledge of workshop condition; ESD fittings, repair levels, etc.

  • Fluent in English; written and spoken.

  • Dynamic, friendly and sincere personality
