Role Summary:

The Digital Program and Digital Sales Associate Expert is responsible to assist in developing Digital Sales Strategy and Roadmap, Lead Company efforts to implement digital Sales initiatives and digital simplification / automation projects, and to monitor and report performance of commercial digital KPIs


Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic and planning:

  • Assist in developing and reviewing Digital sales Strategy and Roadmap
  • Ongoing improvement of digital Sales channels experience (Mobile Application and website)
  • Push online sales based on digital vision, strategy, and roadmap as main driver for revenue and cost optimization
  • Working to increase customer engagement, and number of transactions and clicks for digital users
  • keep in touch for latest technology and identifying trends on Digital world
  • Countering internal and external Digital related departments regarding digital sales Strategy & Roadmap

Implementation:

  • Implement Digital Sales roadmap in coordination with stakeholders
  • Monetization of digital Sales channels to increase penetration, revenue and reduce cost
  • Utilizing analytical tools to understand online customer behaviors /insights and turn findings into actionable plan
  • Managing digital simplification Projects in coordination with other commercial departments
  • Monitor and report performance of Commercial Digital KPIs

Education Level:
  • BSc in marketing or related subject
  • Certification in Digital transformation / Digital Marketing/ Management or any related field

 

 

Work Experience:
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a telecom service provider/ mass service organization or digital provider, of which a clear digital role is experienced.
  • Must have significant knowledge of Digital Service, Digital Sales and Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge in Mobile application management is a must (penetration /  customer insights / customer experience, and monetization)
  • Must have strong project management skills
  • Ability to work with professional teams and identify cross functional needs.
