The Role:
Responsible for the delivery of B2B related projects. In charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting the projects.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Responsible for the delivery of B2B related projects
  • Ensure projects run smoothly, stay on schedule and update the progress of projects regularly
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget
  • Ensure proper handover to Operations team is in place for better customer experienceEnsure effective resource planning
  • Work to improve employee performance through personal coaching and identifying training and development needs.Act as a bridge between B2B and the people who are responsible for the execution of the project
  • Interface with Third-party/internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to B2B projects/customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects
  • Responsible for new processes and procedures creations/ initiations
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge, and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Attend Training Programs, Courses, Seminars, conferences, vendor meetings, User Groups and presentations.
Computer and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent
Other Information:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Information and Communication Technologies
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Technology products (routers, firewalls, connectivity, systems, etc.)
  • Systematic and process/procedures oriented
  • Advanced experience in Project Management. PMP or Prince2 is a must.
  • Excellent customer/partner relationship skills
  • Good communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to perform well under high pressure within customers and partnersStrong experience in each area described in “Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge”
