The Role:
  • Leading his team members “Sr. account manager & account manager” and Responsible of their daily work. 
  • Follow the process laid down in acquisition ,example fulfilling the prerequisite documents in the process of registering corporate customer   
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Supervise the daily work of the team members in charge of increasing sales of FT &Mobil products and services.
  • Validate sales plans for potential new qualified Strategic and Public Accounts.
  • Supervise written proposals, offerings, quotes and competitive tenders that are developed by Engineering department for the account managers.Following up with his team members on their opportunities in order to achieve the targets determined by the Director-enterprise business sales, Enterprise.

    Providing on the job coaching to Senior account manager & account manager, as required to ensure that knowledge is shared and sales skills are developed.

  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by the Director-enterprise business sales
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

Other Information:
  • At least 5 year related work experience in Kuwait.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.Microsoft Office
  • Technical ISP development experience
