The Role:
  • Push Ooredoo products and services over business customers; Government sectors and small-Mid companies, ensure to meet the target set by management.
  • Lead the team to achieve department plans & sales target.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Receiving and serving any walk-in customer having a complaint and following up to solve it with concerned departments.
  • Create any TT for KAM issues or his customers with following up with concerns departments to sort it out.
  • Collecting the task from Sales KAM such as barring list, Road Map etc.
  • Obtain the required signatures for such of coversheet, Test Routers from the concerned department.
  • Upload team TMOs into portal system insure to provide proposals to KAM once it ready.
  • Obtain the required approvals from waivers and second Level approvals for non-verifying leads.
  • Provide to B2B Sales Leaders with weekly report includes Port in, New and Renewal Accounts in weekly basis. 
  • Following up with any coverage complain with planning team or and concerned departments.
  • Check the churn or any deactivation for phono B2B Lines through collection team and to provide a report with details Accounts in monthly basis.
  • Provide sales team with office stationary and tools.
  • Scan task for the new requests; also make sure to finalize all pending applications.Support the Service Account Managers in B2B Sales who have the personal contacts to deal with large multinationals, with technical issues and relationship management, as required.
  • Providing on the job coaching to Service Account Managers, as required to ensure that knowledge is shared and sales skills are developed.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Follow the process for Pre-sales acquisition & post sales activities.
  • Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO
Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Other Information:
  • Required 4 years of experience in sales related to solutions or services, including at least 2 years in Kuwait.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
