The Role:
Business Channel Management develop strategies that target specific channels to promote products or services. Create programs, coordinate campaigns with teams and managers, and analyse competitor behaviour to optimize strategies.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Responsible for the development of Ooredoo’s B2B Digital Marketing & Communication 
  • Identify, engage, and manage Channels required to deliver against the plan
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Develop Joint Campaigns with Partners to increase brand presence
  • Coordinate with Product team to build the necessarily content and material for the sales.
  • Manage the brand awareness.
  • Manage B2B communication requirement across all channels
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital Channels
  • Content creation management across B2B channels.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Manage B2B digital channels ( Content and Engagement)
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Providing channel performance report
  • Providing market activities report
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
  • Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
Qualifications:
BSc degree in Business or relevant field.
Other Information:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a role.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.
  • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
