The Role:
Overall accountability for managing the retention and acquisition of B2B customer base including Public sector, Large corporates, SME, and SOHO. To maximise value and revenue from customer by create new solutions and products, do partnerships with global and local companies and maximizing the value of Retention and Acquisition. To build the analytical tools to monitor customer GM health. To enhance the process of R&A
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Recommending, developing, and driving the launch of new product lines
  • decide the final requirement for the product/solution to be forward for development based on the scoop
  • creating converged products
  • Analysis the health of all existing and new B&CS products/solutions.
  • maintain the products/solutions roadmap
  • Providing feasible designs that are aligned with our Customer's and business needs.
  • Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA
  • Identify trends and develop strategies to support these trends
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • Do Partnerships to deliver converged products and managed services
  • Prepare and manage budget, cost estimation initiatives and services, infrastructure solution design.
  • Reviews managed services implementation ensuring it is built as designed, contributing to the project operational readiness review and technical oversight.
  • Influence product evolution and investment strategy based on Kuwait market requirements
  • Enhance the corporate value proposition with new managed solutions and services
  • Planning, managing and monitoring high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff
  • Manages the team to provide accurate, deliverable, competitive, and profitable solutions

    Participate and/or lead organizational improvement initiatives

  • Applying appropriate methodology in capacity planning
  • Responsible to create tailor-made offers for large & enterprise companies
  • Create various standard rataplan’s for both data and voice
  • Manage the DCP platform to provide the M2M or IOT SIMs
  • Helping the pursuit team with shaping wins plans consistent with our solution design
  • Collaborates effectively across organizational boundaries to ensure a positive “voice-from the-field” presence in business decision making and offering design
  • Continually improve user / employee experience
  • Define market requirements for Mobile services, client, IoT markets based on input from market, customers and field feedback
  • Develop highly tailored product collateral that highlight the value proposition
  • Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved effectively
  • Plan, prioritise and manage activities for the team, ensuring that they support business plan achievement and contribute to the B2B strategies
  • Oversee the renewal pipeline, ensuring the appropriate plan is in place and escalating problems if needed
  • Ensure corporate customers receive appropriate support through monitoring of needs, responding to problems and managing expectations.
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction for on-boarding
  • Liaise with Business Intelligence to develop and analyse customer data and market intelligence.
  • Set up in collaboration with B2B Sales managers, Sales objectives & budget.
  • Recommend key ideas for sales channel improvement
  • Provide input into the Request for Proposal / Request for Quote process by documenting requirements, use cases, examples and be part of the final recommendation and selection process.Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and results oriented
  • Work to improve employee performance through personal coaching and identifying training and development needs.
  • Ensure Individual Development Plan (IDP) is completed for all staff in accordance with Ooredoo Telecom policy
  • Recruit reporting staff as required
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals (Performance Management System) and ensure objectives set are monitored and achievedContinuously monitors, troubleshoots, and improves solution practices, the quality of business practices, optimum performance and a highly motivated the team
    • Understands what it takes to manage a business and uses these insights to gain better understanding of a client’s/customer’s needs and to position the value of Ooredoo’s offers
    • Capable to build relationship, engage diverse internal and external parties/teams.
    • Keep abreast of technology trends, emerging technologies, products and services in the market
    • Lead end-to-end integration projects with partners to launch new solutions into the marketplace
    • Maintain project plans, identify dependencies and manage timely delivery of end-to-end activities through cross-functional groups
    • Develop and maintain a 360 degree view of Solution Design education and enablement material
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Intelligence, Research, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute.
  • MBA would be a plus.
Other Information:
  • Required 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Direct experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in the mobile industry or as a second preference fixed line telecommunications/IT.
  • Direct experience managing a portfolio of products in telecom.
  • A track record of developing market leading products in all B2B segments.  Large scale corporate solution development experience is also helpful.
  • Demonstrate strong technology literacy in all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, Hosting/Cloud Services and Unified Communications.
  • Strong coaching and team building experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/customers.
  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
  • Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective presentation skillsStrong experience in each area described in “Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge”
  • Direct product development and portfolio management.
  • Ideally Mobile and Fixed Telco experience and also some IT products and services.
