The Role:
The purpose of the position is to deliver business planning and forecasting with the focus on business. This contains: monetization, business model innovation and growth. Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns.  Access market opportunities maintain and develop models for data reporting, participate in projects and ad-hoc analyses.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Preparing business plans (which include plans for entry into new sectors/ business segments/ products, devising pricing plans, manpower planning, operational plans for executing such initiatives etc.) for successful launch of such strategic initiatives.
  • Guide Business team towards any immediate need to change business strategy/ plan based on the analysis of changing business needs and (or) regulatory changes.
  • Participate in the business planning process and assist leadership with framing strategy and objective.
  • Outline objectives and performance via KPIs.
  • Develop management materials for analysis.
  • Drive change initiatives in processes and tools, including capability measuring, performance tracking, account planning, opportunity management, etc. Establish best practices.
  • Partner with key constituencies (Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.) in the measurement and analysis of business performance and effectiveness including achievement against financial goals, client satisfaction benchmarks and resource allocation standards.
  • Support business head and their team in achieving business objectivesLeverage data and analytics to provide support to campaign, content or product ideation, design and implementation and delivering actionable insight to the client.
  • Get actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization
  • Analyze scenarios to assess the before/after impacts of target market selection, media choice and allocation on client’s business performance
  • Assist with developing and measuring marketing stimuli (A/B and multi-variant) test results in collaboration with brand planning, creative, media, and technology teams to build robust marketing and advertising strategies and in-market programs for clients.
  • Design & Manage integrated analytics strategy/approach across client brands to create measurement frameworks and scorecards that synthesize large amounts of data (attitudinal and behavioral) to accurately deliver on business objectives.
  • Enhanced the reporting process internally through automation for data extraction and processing.
  • Develop Data driven Campaign and maintain B2B products & services to serve corporates needs.
  • Develop a segmentation / product strategies to reach the righ audience with the right products
  • Develop dashboards to help understanding corporates
  • Develop B2B products & services to serve corporates needs.
  • Manage corporate activities (Booths,etc…)
  • Manage corporate 360 views and manage renewals activities
  • Identify strategic insights and tools to power targeted, personalised
  • communications and support informed decision making in the business:
  • Customer base analytics & segmentation
  • Generating customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new
  • revenue opportunities
  • Exploratory Analysis
  • Clustering/Segmentation
  • Segmentation Models (value based, behavioral, needs & attitude)

  • Reporting (including campaign closed loop reporting)
  •  Loyalty Management: Define & drive the implementation of customer loyalty programs Coordinate with Product team to build the necessarily content and material for the sales.
  • Set the approach for advanced/predictive analytics and help to find the right solutions for the corporates.
Qualifications:
  • Statistics, Data Science , Finance
  • Preferable an MBA 
Other Information:
  • At least 5-6  years of work experience in a professional services environment: management consulting, market research, advertising, or interactive/technology consulting
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient is use of Office
  • Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
