The Role:

The purpose of the position is to deliver business planning and forecasting with the focus on Marketing. This contains: monetization, business model innovation and growth. Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns.  Access market opportunities maintain and develop models for data reporting, participate in projects and ad-hoc analyses.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Preparing business plans (which include plans for entry into new sectors/ business segments/ products, devising pricing plans, manpower planning, operational plans for executing such initiatives etc.) for successful launch of such strategic initiatives.
  • Guide Sales team towards any immediate need to change business strategy/ plan based on the analysis of changing business needs and (or) regulatory changes.
  • Participate in the business planning process and assist leadership with framing strategy and objective.
  • Support business in achieving business objectives Develop management materials for analysis.
  • Drive change initiatives in processes and tools, including capability measuring, performance tracking, account planning, opportunity management, etc. Establish best practices.
  • Partner with key constituencies (Finance, Business intelligence, Sales, etc.) in the measurement and analysis of business.
  • Representing the company at major business & industry events, conferences, forums, etc..
    Guiding the communication and execution of the strategic goals, objectives, and directions of the company's top management.
  • Manage and unify communication and customer experience across all B2B channels.
  • Strategize content and create the right content on the online channels based on the ICT products and ME
  • Present & Protect the Enterprise band by keeping the presence on going and manage the positioning of the brand.Monitor and report product technical health post launch.
  • Monitor quality of acquisition and work closely with Enterprise Mobile & Fixed Services fellow team members to ensure any acquisition related product is closely analysed.
  • Ensure the best level of product quality.
  • To be the single point of contact between marketing and technology.
  • Developing and implementing the Enterprise mobile & fixed products portfolio, working with all departments to execute.
  • Lead development efforts to meet product design and launch timelines while providing product and validation data in accordance with defined project scope.
  • Design and develop effective and engaging products that support corporate quality, service and revenue goals.
  • Manage the requirement for the product/promotions to be taken forward for development based on the scoop.
  • Analysis the health of all existing and new Enterprise product/promotions.
  • Have strong focus on the development of the services product portfolio
  • Maintenance of product road map
  • Creation of product requirement documents, product specifications and other technical documents in partnership with various cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in either Finance, Statistic, Business, Marketing or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Other Information:
  • 6-7 years of experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Telecom Industry, Products and Services.
  • Strong knowledge of local market conditions.
  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

  • Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic an advantage.
