The Role:

Responsible to manage a robust Device Delivery for customers within ooredoo Head Quarter serving B2C & B2B customers

Devices Custodian for all sales teams in HQ
Key Accountabilities and Activities:

  • Conduct Daily/weekly/monthly stock count & audits to produce reconciliation in HQ centralized location.
  • Following-up on orders release/delivery with other stakeholders (Merchandizing, SCM, OK WH, finance, etc.)
  • Update ERP with corresponding returns and replacement order.
  • Ensure proper stock levels from all devices according to Sales trends of all designated locations and WH availability.
  • Arrange the devices inside the Warehouse in FIFO manner (First In First Out) to ensure optimum stock ageing and speed delivery.
  • Perform and Respond to Device Ageing and returning requests according to business needs
  • Generate system reports that shows stock level in designated location
  • Responsible for the Customer Delivery process in Head Quarter within the agreed service level and quality of service.
  • Proper handling of Customers’ Delivery Queue in the head quarter.
  • Advise for and Implement necessary procedures with Sales Channels in Headquarter to ensure proper delivery of customers’ devices.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are done with proper system transaction and documentations.
  • Take all measures to ensure delivery to authenticated customers only.
  • Coordinate with Sales Channels and CEX department in headquarter to ensure smooth and pleasant customer journey in side HQ.
  • Manage efficient  After Sales support for delivered devices and Manage the After sales process
  • Co-ordinate with Device Team and P&L for the replacements of “Dead On Arrival” DOA according to existing policy and procedures for HQ customers
  • Manager sales returns for refund devices within approved processes

 

Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

Other Information:
       
  • Required 2+ years of experience based on progression ladder previous sales or merchandising experience in a related industry.

  • Proven knowledge of Merchandising and/or Logistics and how it contributes to the management of the supply chain for sales channels.

  • Strong interpersonal and fact-based selling skills.

  • Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.

  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
