The Role:
develop and deliver awareness and demand generation activities to enable Ooredoo B2B sales to identify new sales opportunities and generate a quality pipeline
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Responsible for the development of Ooredoo’s B2B Digital Marketing & Communication  
  • Identify, engage, and manage Channels required to deliver against the plan
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Providing channel performance report
  • Providing market activities report
  • KPI management: revenue per channel, revenue per product, sales force productivity, product/segment penetration, ChurnProactively take responsibility for self-improvement by developing business insights, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on digital projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in re-engineering business processes.
  • Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Technical telecoms development experience.
  • Strong negotiations capabilities
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
