VAC8264 - Engineer-Contract Management ( Fresh Graduate Omani Only)

This position is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, negotiating, monitoring and drafting of contractual agreements with the involvement of Procurement department for the technology-related goods and services, including telecommunications, Software as a Service, hardware and software.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Record and store contract details and supporting information on the available system
  • Ensure the Technology’s contract documents are accurate and well maintained
  • Track expiration dates, amounts and users on all contracts.
  • Track spending and prepare budget reports as requested by management
  • Assist in the clarification of contractual issues and help in the negotiation and settlement disputes.
  • Participate in contract change negotiations, and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Provide inputs for contract evaluation and organize Contract Management Review
  • Monitors compliance to contract terms and conditions and coordinate to resolve associated issues
  • Manages supplier relationship via day to day vendor interactions supporting and participating in supplier relationship management 
The Person:
To be considered for the role you should be graduated with a Bachelor Degree on Telecom, Supply Chain Management or Operation Management or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.0 graduated from 2018 till 2021 and currently a job seeker.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Good Skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good understanding of Contract Management
  • Good knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Working knowledge of contracts database systems, software, modules, etc.
  • Ability to cultivate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives

Other Information:

You will be offered a 12 months contract during this period you will be evaluated with line manger according to you performance you will be offered an indefinite contract with Ooredoo Oman.
