As the Expert - ITO Fulfillment you will be responsible from strategic and tactical perspective, to ensure efficient and effective daily operation by the Manage Service Vendors in IT network to govern, supervise, optimize, manage, improve the operations and ensuring quality, integrity of all IT Applications (ESS, BSS, OSS), systems and enterprise data .

Core Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of the following:

  • Ensure proper governance, quality KPI / SLA monitoring and change management of the IT Enterprise applications and database.
  • Improving application systems availability and disasters endurance, from operations perspective administration, maintenance, governance, quality, supervising deploying the Ooredoo Oman IT Infrastructure.
  • Ensuring100% integrity of IT databases and systems internally and externally maintaining throughout for the managed systems end to end monitoring, operations and involvement in implementation & configuration of ESS, BSS, OSS & Database Infrastructure.
  • Work with procurement and other departments within company to manage or renew the manage service vendor and different operation vendors’ contracts.
  • Accountable on auditing manage service and other operation vendors’ performance against their agreed contact.
  • Maintain effectiveness and efficiency in the Operation Fulfilment area by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for Operation Assurance.
  • Ensure services continuity by ensuring a well-established and followed up service level agreement monitoring, incidents management, inventory and change assurance
  • Cover also to assure design, implement, monitor and audit, analyze and improve operational processes related to Operation phase of service creation life cycle such as Incident Management, Event management and Problem Management Processes, Enhancing and improving the existing policies, process and performance of the managed systems in line with the management strategy.
The Person:

You should have a minimum of 6 Years of Experiences in IT & telecommunication with the following:

  • Strong background in Mobile and Fixed technologies and related topologies and interfaces.
  • Solid knowledge in different Telecom tools for End to End.
  • Strong IT Processes and governance best practice and implementation (ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma)


with a Degree in Computer Science/ Telecommunications or related fields
