About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.

MFS is an integral part of the Ooredoo product & services portfolio, as it play a vital role in facilitating in improving our customers digital lives. It is now an essential for improving the Financial inclusion Qatar. Risk & Governance function is responsible to update and implement the relevant Risk Management policies and the Risk Appetite Framework. Layout risk management principles, guidelines and monitor risk levels required to achieve sustainability and growth in line with the organizational strategy. Build governance models to ensure compliance to internal and external policies and manage risk.

About the Role:

This role is responsible to define, develop, formulate and update the policy architecture and define risk and governance frameworks for Mobile Financial Services.

About You:

 

  • 10 years of experience in Risk Management, Policies Creation and monitoring.
  • Experience in Compliance (optional)
  • Experience in multiple markets for MFS (optional)
  • Clear understanding of Financial Services business and key stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of mobile financial services products and services
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Investment/Risk Management
