The Role:
  • Sell Ooredoo products and services to the customer, Ensure to get their satisfaction and gain their constant loyalty.

  • Meet the sales target of Ooredoo products and services as set by the manager.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Contribute to the department communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, events and preparation of requested reports.

  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

  • Retain good condition of supplies, fittings, stationery, marketing materials and products in the shop/store.

  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.

  • Maintain general inventory and ensure all the items of the branch are in stock on regular weekly basis.

  • Ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store on daily basis to avoid being “OUT OF STOCK”.

  • Proactively welcome the customers and get their attention to Ooredoo services.

  • Meet customer’s needs through constant support, answer routine questions, fulfill their requirements of the related products or Ooredoo services.

  • Follow up with other departments on solving customers an issue that requires other departments’ involvements and provide proper feedback for repeated visits.

  • Follows procedure to activate lines, services and Ported In customers in which ensures minimum delays in order to meet subscriber expectations & follow sales validation process (KYC).

  • Upsell and promote company digital platforms and direct customers to process their basic services through it.

  • Apply Super-agent approach to offer the customer ONE STOP SHOP concept when new, potential and existing customers get fully served without a need to visit other shops/departments.

  • Upsell different Ooredoo products to retain existing customers on higher values.

  • Meet the work regulations, apparel, looking, behavior & attendance as per sales standard.

  • Assist customers in Redeeming Ooredoo Rewards Programs as per the process.

  • Accept B2B Companies & payment responsible customer Payments.

  • Solve some of B2B and payment responsible issues such as SIM replacement and other complaints as per the Super-Agent procedures.

  • Ensure that the best in class service are provided according to CSAT, Mystery shopper and VOCE criteria.

  • Achieve optimum level of customer feedback through written reports on challenges and inquiries.

  • Ensure standards for high quality, customer service.

  • Ensure that drawers are opening and closing as per Ooredoo finance standard on daily basis.

  • Before closing cash register or cash drawer, employee and branch manager should make sure that all the transactions are on the place.

  • Handle cash at the store as well as collecting daily sales and other necessary reports.

  • Receive payments and issue receipts for sale items and outstanding accounts, ensuring accuracy of transactions and correctness of data input to the financial system.

  • Process collection report on daily bases according to financial process.

  • Ensure that all transaction submitted and matching the request without any variance.

  • Report and deliver the daily cash and credit cards vouchers as well for the Ooredoo services which require applications.

  • Ensure that all signatures done by employee and customer on requested places on SAF.

  • Ensure that all the transactions are checked properly; in order to submit it to the Head Office on daily basis to avoid any claw back.

  • The signed SAF is to be sent back to CCQC and a scanned copy is to be uploaded in RAS as attachment fill.

  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

Qualifications:
  • 2 year diploma in business or a related discipline.

Other Information:
  • Required years of experience based on progression ladder related experience.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good in written and verbal English and Arabic.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sales support function in and out.
