Diagnose market trends and use customer analytics output as reference to design customer lifecycle-based campaigns. Develop customer lifecycle-based campaigns based on customer micro-segmentation. Develop comprehensive campaign analysis to improve campaign performance. Ensure all required official documents and reporting well-managed

Experience & Qualifications:

- Min D3 / S1 Economy, Engineering, Marketing, Operation Management, Research, Statistic.

- Min. 1 year experience in marketing (analysis & planning)

- Knowing Costumer Lifecycle Management is preferable

- Strong analytical & logical skill

- Excellent communication verbal & Written (Bahasa & English)

- Presentation skill capability

- Excellent interpersonal skill

- Target oriented & problem solving approach

- Able to work in details and moderat data analysis capability

- Open minded & creative

- Able to work both individually and in teamwork

- Able to work consistently under pressure

- Computer literate (Ms Office & Excel)
