The Role:
Utilize profession expertise in accounting area, implement tasks and report requested documents, ensuring proper implementation of system.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
    • Translate the instruction given by Finance Manager into practice through the effective implementation of process and procedure.
    • Report day to day financial transactions on written document.
    • Implementing Bank reconciliation and record the daily transactions on the Visual Dolphin System.
    • Follow up on the E-net system and the daily collections.
    • Preparing the Cheques payments along with the JV.
    • Support a specific project with finance records, profit and loss analysis upon management request.
    • Behave in accordance with company regulation and rules.
    • Take the initiative to stay well-informed & literate to a relevant field.
    • Attend required training and coaching when requested.
    • Work in accordance with the guidelines set by Ooredoo & Phono policies.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
    • Contribute to the company communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, events and preparation of requested reports.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or similar discipline from recognized institution.
  • Intensive courses or equivalent in same field, especially in excel apps or accounting programs.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken
  • MS Office Skills
  • Computer literate with an analytical and inquiring approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Advanced Problem solving and Decision making skills
