Undertakes a role in the Service Operation Management section, in order to assure efficient and effective daily operation. Responsibility covers create, implement and improve operation processes.

Operation assurance senior that contributes to the success of the Operation Assurance department's mission that required a board knowledge in telecom network, telecom principles, theories and concepts while managing manage service.

Network Operation Processes

Make an input to different operation assurance discussions based on knowledge and working experience. Make an input to processes improvement or new processes strategy discussions based on knowledge and working experience. Is able to implement the already agreed on processes with different concerned teams (internal and external) to ensure a smooth network change, proper incident handling, spare parts availability and risk mitigation. Lead management of complex, and lower, network incidents to ensure an efficient and effective handling during the incident and preventive actions later by concerned teams (internal and external). lead disaster recovery plan delivery and test in alignment with concerned teams (internal and external) Is able to identify, assist and evaluate opportunities of enhancement to different active processes such as change, incident and risk management and implement them. Is able to maintain up-to-date process documentations. Is able to identify, assist, evaluate potential risks to network operation and work with other teams (internal and external) to mitigate them. Continually coach and train junior employees and peer group on different processes such as change, incident and risk management and implement them.

Vendor Management

Has a deep understanding of contracts (e.g. managed service) and is able to interact effectively with them on daily basis. Is able to facilitate meetings with manage service and other teams within organization and can effectively resolve issues before they escalate. Is able to evaluate contracts and SLA and understands the link to performance standards contracts in performance standards Is able to effectively discuss technical matters, such as KPI, with manage service and other teams within organization. Is able to identify, assist, evaluate, and credit vendors for performance license violation cases.

You will be offered a 12 months contract during this period you will be evaluated with line manger according to you performance you will be offered an indefinite contract with Ooredoo Oman.
