As the Retail Territory Manager you will be responsible of bbuilds the Ooredoo Store brand for major revenue stores, maximising revenue/ profitability by providing an outstanding customer experience, optimising sales and profitability through effective /efficient management of resources (Staff, Customer Experience and Stock levels etc.) and business development projects where appropriate for one or more stores.
You will be responsible of weekly achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational budgets/ targets, eensuring financial systems & controls are adhered to and developed when necessary, mmanagement reporting to HQ, uundertaking business development projects where appropriate, building the Ooredoo store brand by ensuring that we provide an outstanding, differentiated and consistent customer experience in store, responding proactively to customer complaints and comments and identifying potential corporate leads for business sales and closing at least 2-3 a month.
You should have a minimum of 6 years in store management in a telecoms environment with a university degree in Marketing or a related subject is desirable.
