To ensure that ICT strategy is aligned with OML business strategy and vision. Technical expert on strategic planning, solutions roadmaps, capacity planning, and Innovation for ICT team.

• To contribute in the development of an overall strategy for the ICT Directorate.
• In-depth analysis of ICT systems capacities and growth (especially forecasting on capacity)
• Execution of all upgrade and expansion projects and activities whenever needed.
• Follow technology trends and ensure proper planning that fit business needs
• Develops and implements the annual operating plan and budget for the ICT department
• Leading the delivery and management of all ICT expansion and upgrade projects
• Lead the delivery and management of all Proof-of-Concepts for new technologies
• Support in annual operational plans and budgets for own area and ensure its effective execution through the identification of clear priorities and the allocation of appropriate resources

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom ICT planning
• BE (IT) or BE (EC) or B.Sc (Computer)
• Good experience in IT and CT technologies and operations
• Proven knowledge in translating business requirements into operating technologies
