VAC7319 - CE: Prepaid Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Supporting and Monitoring end to end mobile operation which is including Provisioning, Activation, and Billing/Invoicing of B2B mobile business(prepaid/postpaid).

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide technical support and fault management of B2B mobile operation
  • Provide and operate B2B mobile customer data management, invoicing, provisioning, and subscription management (activation, alteration, & deactivation)
  • Work with network and IT team to ensure that mobile operation SLAs are met and proper workflows are in place
  • Work with vendors and IT & network teams to ensure that all sites are deployed properly as per business and functional requirements
  • Provide fixed line operation reports on regular basis and ad-hoc analysis reports
  • Addressing ongoing customer complaints concerning fixed line experience and issues.
  • Digitalize/Automated all manual process flow
  • Work closely with billing team to create the process and policies that contribute to accurate Billing
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 2 -4 years of experience in IT operation and technical support
  • Ability to work with IT operation practices
  • Application technical skills (TCP/IP, UNIX/Linux, Window, SQL, RDBMS and programming languages
  • Basic understanding on payment and invoicing processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal and patience are essential.
