PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role is to engage with functional team members as the “first point of contact” for all HR related matters and help administer Ooredoo’s policies in all aspects of Human Resources.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Act as guardian for all Human Resources Policies and Procedures ensuring awareness and compliance from staff
  • Lead all Recruitment processes in NayPyiTaw for the different departments with the support from the Recruitment Team in Yangon.
  • Support the On boarding process for all new employees in NayPyiTaw by coordinating between Recruitment Team, On-boarding Team and Talent Development Team.
  • Manage day-to-day HR issues and act as a “consultant” to Managers to help them with employee related topics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development Team to coordinate trainings for employees and support special projects.
  • Lead HR Projects in NayPyiTaw such as Performance Management process, engagement activities, employee opinion survey, etc.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources with 2 years in Generalist role
  • Solid knowledge of international best HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar
  • Business Insights and ability to translate Business insights to HR practices
  • Proficient in English (Speak, read and write)
