Lead a team of sourcing experts for technology particularly in Infrastructure, Support and Services spend categories in conjunction with Managed Services Operation.
Plan, strategies, manage, negotiate (price & agreements), coaching as well as undertake sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ); supplier selection, vendor management including supplier performance review, post contract management, timely delivery of purchased system & communication to supplier WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF achieving company’s business & financial goals, by ensuring the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) is secured within the values and vision of PT Indosat. Monitor and support network purchasing & contract process and the implement of contract in the deployment and post-deployment process. Securing and processing the company policy in order to complete the procurement contract facing the proposal from clients/vendors. Proceeds tender to be more transparent and meet the time table.
