You will lead and direct all HR Shared Service activities by effectively managing support processes and transactions for HR Shared service delivery. Directs the allocation of assets and resources assigned to transaction management to achieve efficient use of resources and highest levels of internal customer satisfaction
Key to the success of this role is ensuring on-going review and development of the service and team to improve processes and support any wider projects, as required, across the business.
The successful candidate will need to have gained minimum10 years of working experience in HR managerial position in a shared services environment, ideally from a similarly complex environment which have implemented “flexy benefits” in the organization.
