The Technology Unit within Qtel is the backbone of the organization providing all technology services which enable Qtel to deliver services to its customers across all technology platforms, 24/7/365. The responsibility for customer experience quality sits within this BU and therefore it plays a significant role in the delivery of revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
The Core Networks department contributes to this through the effective management, operation and maintenance of all Core networks and VAS platforms.
Perform a variety of comprehensive operation and maintenance tasks on Multimedia/Data services and Platforms under TV & Multimedia scope to enhance the network efficiency and customer satisfaction and use internal or external tools to detect and troubleshoot system errors.

You should have at least 4 years of experience in headend operations. You should have a good experience in Telecommunication QoS, traffic, Network Performance management. You should have in-depth knowledge of quality measurements, solutions, and systems, the charging systems and provisioning, and service testing on different handsets. You should have a structured approach and good communication skills to provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
