The Credit & Collections unit is responsible for the management of the billing and collections cycle across all business verticals for Ooredoo ensuring customers are billed accurately, and debts are recovered in a timely and effective manner and for the development and implementation of effective Credit Control processes to safeguard the company customer acquisitions and exposure to risk.

This position is required to maximize the cash flow from the consumer segment, which accounts for more than 60% of Ooredoo Qatar’s revenues, and to minimize the debts risks and reduce lost revenues for Ooredoo.

The role is required to manage a Consumer Credit function, leading a team to maximize the company cash flow from the consumer segment, by implementing all available process and tools to minimize credit risk and bad debts, designing effective credit and collection strategies and processes, addressing customer billing complaints and simultaneously maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

You should have at least 10 years of related experience in customer /credit control in Telecom or service organization, at least 4 of which should be in a Managerial position. You should have extensive experience in credit control processes and policies and extensive knowledge of customer behavior and problem resolution.

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Post graduate vocational qualification is desirable such as ICM.
