Role Purpose:
  • Contributes to the overall success of the organization by identifying customer complaint to improve network performance.
  • Responsible for field team activity to identify field performance and portray customer experience of network.
  • Define regular field team to support event from marketing, VVIP route, and any special events in regional.
  • Produce the report and suggestion to RAN Optimization Manager.
Qualification:
  • Preferably M.Sc. (Telecoms/EE), minimally B.Sc. (Telecoms/EE) degree
  • Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication is essential
  • Strong problem analysis & solving skills
  • Strong ability to convince decision makers

Experience:

Experience:

  • Minimal 2 years working experience in relevant network optimization areas in the telecommunication industry;
Skill and Knowledge:
  • In depth knowledge of GSM, UMTS and LTE network principles and design;
  • In depth knowledge of drive test tools.
  • In depth knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities.
  • In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization.
  • Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
  • Good knowledge of / experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks.
  • Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
