Role Purpose:
Contributes to the overall success of the organization by identifying customer complaint to improve network performance.
Responsible for field team activity to identify field performance and portray customer experience of network.
Define regular field team to support event from marketing, VVIP route, and any special events in regional.
Produce the report and suggestion to RAN Optimization Manager.
Qualification:
Preferably M.Sc. (Telecoms/EE), minimally B.Sc. (Telecoms/EE) degree
Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
Fluency in English is required
Strong verbal and written communication is essential
Strong problem analysis & solving skills
Strong ability to convince decision makers
Motivated, curious, & inquisitive to learn new things
Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts
A team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment

Experience:
Experience:
Minimal 2 years working experience in relevant network optimization areas in the telecommunication industry;
Skill and Knowledge:
In depth knowledge of GSM, UMTS and LTE network principles and design;
In depth knowledge of drive test tools.
In depth knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities.
In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization.
Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
Good knowledge of / experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks.
Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
