Role Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of the organization by carrying out change network configuration to improve network performance.
Translate Optimization Strategy into configuration parameter activity.
Analyzes the performance of the radio network interfaces with the purpose to identify and implement network design changes that aim to improve the network performance and/or efficiency.
Review the network configuration in order to define the difference between recommended and actual values.
Produce the report and suggestion to RAN Optimization Manager.

Qualification:

Preferably M.Sc. (Telecoms/EE), minimally B.Sc. (Telecoms/EE) degree
Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
Fluency in English is required
Strong verbal and written communication is essential
Strong problem analysis & solving skills
Strong ability to convince decision makers
Motivated, curious, & inquisitive to learn new things
Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts

Experience:

Minimal 2 years working experience in relevant network optimization areas in the telecommunication industry;

Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of GSM, UMTS and LTE network principles and design;
In depth knowledge of OSS Configuration management.
In depth knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities.
In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization.
Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
Good knowledge of / experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks.
Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices.
