The purpose of this role is to ultimately maximize the value derived from the technology infrastructure utilized within Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management (RAFM) and ensure that the technology infrastructure is continuously improved through tactical and strategic initiatives. The key responsibilities include:

• Own, manage and optimize the technology infrastructure supporting Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management (RAFM) control environment.
• Support RAFM operational divisions through tactical and strategic technology initiatives to improve RAFM control environment.
• Own relationships with RAFM technology vendors, and perform necessary vendor management activities to ensure vendors meet business requirements.
• Provide centralized project management of all technology projects, including strategic, tactical and proof of concepts.
• Develop Best Practices relating to utilization and management of RAFM technology.

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate Degree in Engineering (or other technology domain)
• Essential: Project Management Certification (preferably PMI)
• Essential: Service Management Certification (preferably ITIL)
• Essential: Information Systems Auditing Certification (preferably ISACA)
• Desirable: Database Certification (preferably Oracle)
• Desirable: Programming Certification (Perl, PHP, PL/SQL, C# and/or VBA)

• Essential: 10 years of experience in a complex, technology-oriented industry, managing or executing the delivery of technology.
• Essential: 5 years of working experience within a telecommunications company.
• Essential: 3 years of experience in Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management.
• Desirable: 3 years of experience working with leading RA & FM vendors cVidya, Subex and/or WeDo technologies.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian.
• Excellent knowledge of telecom OSS and BSS infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
• Excellent knowledge of system audit, business continuity, system resiliency, system support and release management principles and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies including initiating, executing, controlling and closing projects.
• Excellent knowledge of business process improvement including business processing mapping, business process reengineering (BPR)
• Excellent knowledge of RAFM technologies and developments in new technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle database technologies including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of Business Intelligence applications including Qlikview, Tableau and Business Objects.
• Excellent knowledge of RAFM industry standards, including GSM and TM Forum.
