Job Role:
  • Support CVM product owner request relating system & infrastructure support, start from Technical Product Requirement up to on-service.
  • Manage product catalogue and Internal Channel Campaign (UMB, USSD, SMS, SNS, E-mail, Apps, Telesales, etc.), review its performance, evaluation and recommendation, including execution.
  • Support corporate level project innitiatives, related to CVM system & infrastructure support.
  • Develop report of CVM system & infrastructure development & delivery
Qualification:
  • Has a strong telecommunication system background including telecommunication entities such as STP, MSC/MSS, BSC, SMSC, UMB, Charging and Billing, Service Delivery Platform, Campaign management System etc.
  • Analytical thinking together with understanding of business and marketing principles
  • Good communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
  • Target oriented.

  • Commitment to quality and timely result of the works
  • Computer literate
  • Suitable soft and hard/technical competency
  • Has a sufficient knowledge in IT infrastructure in the area of server, storage, database, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
Experience:
  • 3 years’ experience in product development.
  • 2 years’ experience in engineering (Network Planning, Network Operational, IT)
