VAC6310 - Trade Marketing Staff - Franchise

Role Purpose:

The trade marketing staff for Franchise is responsible for all the trade marketing activities accross the all Franchise platforms in line with the business, brand/communication strategies.

 

In having the customer & channel satisfaction as main priority, is the contact point/person between department/divisions, product management, and sales team to ensure achievement of sales  objectives in Franchise & in support to attain positive P&L

 

Co-manage with the related department for  the point of sales material (budget, logistics, distribution, campaign assortments and collaborating with parties to product & sales related to build promotions and communications

 

Manage, drive and deliver the support of channel platforms in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales objectives in parallel ensuring the product benefits or campaigns, and brand values are properly communicated in the franchise stores

Requirements:

Qualification:

  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Ideally combined background of trade marketing, merchandiser, marcom
  • Display the strong capabilities in channel management
  • Strong passion for sales & P&L business model
  • Strong empathy and passion for customer resolution
  • Demonstrate a desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a trade marketing/marcom & channel management
  • Proven experience in the field execution of business strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of the telco/device market & product assortment of respective channels

 

Skills:

  • Customer or channel feedback gathering and translating to strong actions & execution
  • High awareness & knowledge of channel strategies particularly direct selling
  • High knowledge of marketing & trade marketing activities, tools, and techniques
  • High sense of ownership of the business objectives
  • Display a strong and best channel measurements and execution
  • Strong client delivery & engagement management experience
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
