Role Purpose:
In charge of Monitoring Ticket Pending Request, Complaint, Dispute, and pending verification.
Maintains and improves Indosat Ooredoo Store operations by monitoring ticket, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experiences in Customer Service / device related roles
Having experience in monitoring ticket performance in Indosat Ooredoo Store.
Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Good analytical skill
Knowledge of Indosat Ooredoo Store Operation
Corporate level proficiency in MS.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
