Role Purpose:
  • In charge of Monitoring Ticket Pending Request, Complaint, Dispute, and pending verification.
  • Maintains and improves Indosat Ooredoo Store operations by monitoring ticket, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Requirements:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in Customer Service / device related roles
  • Having experience in monitoring ticket performance in Indosat Ooredoo Store.

 

Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Knowledge of Indosat Ooredoo Store Operation
  • Corporate level proficiency in MS.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
