The Knowledge & Training Staff is responsible to identify, assess, develop, and execute the required development, knowledge, practical skills, and motivations of the retail staff & sales agents.

Delivering a training & development execution across channel platforms from short to long term phase with distinguished proven techniques to improve and enable staff to fulfill their full potential within the divisions.

Qualification:

• Ability to assess current environment, identify, conceptualize required training & development, & deliver execution in a strong well rounded manner
• Strong analysis on human resource diverse training & knowledge management
• Display strong recommended tools and techniques in the field of training, development, & motivations
• Prefer to a proven track record training manager across sales & channel platforms
• Prefer to experience in people managerial role
• Customer service and experience mindset

Experience:

• Proven experience as a training & knowledge staf
• Excellent knowledge in training tools and techniques to ensure deliverables

Skills:
