VAC6301 - Partnership monitoring and payment manager

Role Purpose:

The role purpose is to establish and lead the partnership monitoring and payment function within the B2B Partnership Management Division  in alignment with different functions, to ensure the B2B partnerships deliverables are monitored/evaluated and  partners payment/penalty process is executed in line with the Partnership agreements and SLAs.

 

  1. Establish and maintain the ISAT B2B Partnership agreements depository

     

  2. Monitor partnership performance against business case and partnership KPIs

     

  3. Define and socialize guidelines for partnership revenue share

     

  4. Manage the budget for partner payment

     

  5. Establish and improve the partnership monitoring and payment/penatly process

     

  6. Monitor partner profitability

     

  7. Partners in scope : B2B solution partners + MSA re-selling / agent partners
Qualification:
  1. Minimum University Degree with majorin Business or Finance or Mathematics or Statistics
  2. Strong understanding of financial KPIs & profitability KPIs
  3. Additional commercial acumen is a plus
  4. Min 3 years’ experience in Telecom sector
Experience:

Experience:

  1. Has an extensive experiences finance, business analysis, customer value management, ISAT B2B data reporting
  2. Ability to analyze and manipulate large files of data and reporting
  3. Proven track record of work with numbers and financial regulation
  4. Extensive experience with excel ( use of macros ), power point
  5. Understand raw data and how to select meaningful data
Skill and Knowledge:

Skills

  1. Excelled xcel, power point mandatory; knowledge of Access is a plus
  2. Be a “numbers “ person , fast learner
  3. Good knowledge of Siebel / SAP / DW / RBM
  4. Ability to define requirements for meaningful data, analyze it and draw meaningful business conclusions and recommendations
  5. Well organized
  6. Excellent presentations skills
  7. Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English languages.
  8. Understand ICT Indonesian market with emphasis on B2B
  9. Understanding of product life development lifecycle & go to market
