RESPONSIBLE to PROVIDE the SOLUTION related to the SIM/Voucher Production and Distribution System, Reload System, Partner and Channel Management, Distribution, Sales Tracking and Incentive System required for Service Development.

RESPONSIBLE to MANAGE the DELIVERY OF SOLUTION related to Channel & Partner Solution as mentioned.

To SUPPORT PROJECT Implementation as SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) to ensure the project deliverables in according to the defined solution.

To MONITOR the launched services to ensure the qualified delivery of the services.

To COORDINATE any solution prior and/ or after its delivery with IT SOLUTION MANAGEMENT DIVISION.

Minimum University Degree (S1).

Has an excellence experience in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

1. Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
2. Excellence in technical writing and reporting.
3. Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
4. Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
5. Excellent knowledge in IT application in the areas of the SIM/Voucher Production and Distribution System, Reload System, Partner and Channel Management, Distribution, Sales Tracking and Incentive System required for Service Development
6. Good knowledge in CRM System, Service Provisioning System, Loyalty and Campaign System, Charging, Billing, Police and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) System, VAS, Network Element, Reporting, Digital Services, DWH and BI, Revenue Assurance and Fraud, Payment & ERP System and OSS System.
7. Good knowledge in IT infrastructure in the areas of Server, Storage, Database, Backup System, Desktop, Local/Wide Area Network, Data Center and Disaster Recovery.
8. Has a good knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID).
