The strategic role of this function is giving impact to achieve product launching target, and customer experience in Mobile Financial System/ E-Commerce/ Mobile Advertising business. This role would contribute to build low cost and innovative new Startup technology organization, as well as revenue achievement by developing new products / features as targeted timeline and quality. The detail responsibilities are as follows:

• Responsible to liaise with business users to conduct requirement clarification, requirement development, system analysis and solution design.
• Along with business users, develop product backlog, customer journey, acceptance criteria, and design wireframe if required.
• Act as product owner and liaise with developers/QA/Scrum Master during software development sprints
• Assist project management team if necessary

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian

Requirement Gathering, System Analysis & System Design

Knowledge in Agile Scrum is an advantage

Minimum 6 years of experiences in Internet or IT Business

Minimum 3 years’ experience Business and or System Analyst
