Role Purpose:
  • Responsibility as Back Office i-NOC Shift Network Monitoring for IP/MPLS Network.
  • Perform initial analysis to identify issues followed by reroute / restoration if possible.
  • Managing technical escalation to ensure faults are rectified.
  • To analyst the availability and problem of IP/MPLS Network through several available tools
  • To give action fist handling  problem solving by  remotely via OSS and escalation to other parties for speed up handling
Qualification:

Education requirement: Diploma/Degree: Technic Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering.

Technical competence: Good knowledge about basic network GSM, network monitoring system, network topology, traffic handling capability and traffic characteristics, Understanding the end-to-end network element configuration of IP/MPLS Network, Understanding the end-to-end network element configuration of Switching Network GSM, Router / Switch Skill, Servers.

Experience:

Length of minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position.

Vendor or Operator certified candidate who already participated in official trainings courses. 

skills:

Good knowledge in written and spoken English, Good communication skills, Good in analytic and investigation technique, Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook), team work.
