• Fault handling and tracking corporate circuit ( B2B) and escalated to the technical region or TAC via Trouble ticketing system & Email coordination.
• Trouble shooting level 1 B2B circuit such as alarm check, port reset, loop, manual re-route and protection switch associated with related technical team

Qualification:

• Minimum D3 (Telecommunication , Electronic or IT )
• Certification on certain area (CCNA, CCNP, Expert of system, etc.) will be an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 1year experience for new recruits
• Good understanding in transmission (PDH,GPON, SDH, DWDM), IP/MPLS, internet services and overall telecommunication systems
• Good product knowledge
• Understand business process within related functions.
• Good listener, able to understand customer’s requirement and needs

Skills:

• Fluent in English and basic communication skill

• Able to work independent and under pressure and target oriented.

• Understanding in the Telecommunication Infrastructure
