Job Role:

Develop strategy, implement and manage Roaming program / proposition to ensure competitiveness, increase of market share and innovation in consumer market to help Indosat Ooredoo lead the Industry
Develop, manage, & continuously improve / research Indosat OTT program / proposition to strengthen Indosat’s position as a leading digital telco in Indonesia
Develop end to end Roaming & OTT campaign strategy and plan to increase customer awareness, traffic and revenue
Develop and manage Roaming & Indosat OTT Performance Management including The Analytics within the scope of Proposition & Acquisition
Combine Indosat OTT beneficial into Roaming program / proposition to ensure Roaming business keep running & increase the profitability

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor degree, Master Degree is preferred
Interpersonal skill
Communication skill
Presentation skill
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Must have good leadership; conceptual and analytical thinking
Good problem solving skills with the ability to make decision based on accurate and timely analyses
Good interpersonal skill and positive attitude.
Good time management skill.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years experience in mobile communication industry, having Roaming & OTT business knowledge is a plus
Proven track record and strong practice in the field of product, promotion and proposition of Telco products
