Job Role:
  • Monitor the Customer Experience parameter  performance by providing Customer Experience Dashboard and regular Customer Experience report to management and provide business recommendation
  • Lead the execution of Customer Experience Use Cases using Big Data capability
  • Continuously improve the Customer Experience Data architecture and Dashboard referring to competition benchmark and best practice
Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science who are familiar with Statistical Process and Charting Software

Have high energy to learn new methods in working

Have good interpersonal Skills (inc Negotiation, Presentation, Consultancy)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst/Market Research in Telco/Technology/Banking/FMCG

Would be beneficial to have experience in CX in Telco/Technology/Banking
