RESPONSIBLE to MANAGE the DELIVERY OF SOLUTION related to MIDDLEWARE Solution as mentioned.

To SUPPORT PROJECT Implementation as SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) to ensure the project deliverables in according to the defined solution.

To MONITOR the launched services to ensure the qualified delivery of the services.

Minimum University Degree (S1).

Experience:

Has an excellence experience in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
2. Excellence in technical writing and reporting.
3. Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
4. Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
5. Excellent knowledge in IT application in the areas of the MIDDLEWARE Solution System such as Enterprise Service Bus and API Gateway across of applications.
6. Good knowledge in the areas of CRM System, Portal and Customer Touch Point System, Point of Sales System, Complain and Trouble Ticketing System, Loyalty and Campaign System that required for Service Development.
7. Good knowledge in Service Provisioning System, Partner and Channel Management System, Charging, Billing, Police and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) System, VAS, Network Element, Reporting, Digital Services, DWH and BI, Revenue Assurance and Fraud, Payment & ERP System and OSS System.
8. Good knowledge in IT infrastructure in the areas of Server, Storage, Database, Backup System, Desktop, Local/Wide Area Network, Data Center and Disaster Recovery.
