RESPONSIBLE to perform the ASSESSMENT of stakeholder’s business requirements and to PROVIDE the INTEGRATED TECHNICAL SOLUTION of products and IT system development as an integrated part of the overall business and technical aspects in achieving the determined business objectives.

To COORDINATE with SOLUTION DESIGN DIVISION to align the determined SOLUTION with the detail level of solution design.

To SUPPORT PROJECT Implementation and PRODUCT Delivery as SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) to ensure the project deliverables and product deliverables in according to the defined solution.

Minimum University Degree (S1).

Experience:

Has an excellence experience in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

Skills:

1. Very good analytical thinking and problem solving for effective identification of business problems, understanding of stakeholder’s needs and assessment and formulation of the solution
2. Very good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
3. Very good in technical writing and reporting skill.
4. Very good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
5. Very good business knowledge in the telecommunication and IT business in general with a good understanding of the business environments and general business principals.
6. Very good knowledge in IT application in the areas of Charging, Billing, Mediation, Police and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) System for Data Service, VAS
7. Very good knowledge in CRM, Card & Reload System, Sales Supporting System, Portal and Mobile Apps, Provisioning System, Order Management, Digital Payment, ERP System
8. Good knowledge in the Digital Technology and Services
9. Good knowledge in Data Warehouse, Big Data (as such HADOOP), Business Intelligence, Revenue Assurance.
10. Good knowledge in the Mobile Communication System (2G, 3G, 4G).
11. Good knowledge in IT infrastructure in the areas of server, storage, database, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
12. Good knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID).
