Act as focal point to Business Users to VERIFY and ANALYZE all requirements that are related to PRODUCTS and FEATURES that needs development or configuration effort in IT SYSTEMS. Business Users are defined as ALL USERS (GROUPS AND DIVISIONS) WITHIN COMMERCIAL DIRECTORATES

The objective of this role is to have all requirements being analyzed, consolidated and getting proper solution from IT Solution Team, and further to make sure that the solution is implemented within timeline and with good quality.

Minimum University Degree (S1).

Experience:

Has an excellence 2-3 years experiences in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

Skills:

1. Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Good in technical writing and reporting.
3. Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
4. Has a sufficient knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
5. Has a sufficient knowledge of IT application in the area of charging, billing, mediation, CRM, card & reload system,sales, portal and mobile apps, provisioning system, order management, VAS, digital payment, ERP system, data warehouse, business intelligence, revenue assurance.
6. Has a sufficient knowledge in IT infrastructure in the area of server, storage, database, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
7. Has a good capability in translating business requirement into technical or functional specification.
